First Visit

Your first visit to our orthodontic office is an exciting time! It's a chance for us to get acquainted and for you to learn about the treatments and services we offer. You should plan on spending approximately 45 minutes with us to ensure that no one has to rush and that you get plenty of time to ask any questions you may have.

During this visit, you will meet one of our receptionists or patient coordinators, who will take some information from you and bring you through the office. Then, we’ll do some diagnostic photographs and x-rays after which you’ll receive a thorough examination with Dr. Oubre. Once the examination is complete, Dr. Oubre will discuss treatment options in detail with you and answer any questions you may have. When you leave our office, we think you'll better understand how we can help you get the best possible smile!

We understand that braces can be a costly endeavor for any family and so because of that, we offer in-house financing at ZERO PERCENT interest for every single patient who chooses us to treat their case. We also offer discounts for pay-in-full patients, multiple phase treatments, and subsequent family members.

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will even file all of your claims for you!
